Domestic Cleaning

Skycleaners offers professional cleaning and ironing at times of your convenience. We can do this for you daily, weekly, or every two weeks. The client must supply the cleaning materials and a hoover & mop. If the client wants Skycleaners to supply the cleaning materials, that is not a problem. But, the client must know that the price will include the cost of the materials.

You will have the same cleaner each time.

The minimum time per visit is three hours.

• All our cleaners are instructed how to keep the key of your home, but in case of loss, we will pay for making a new key.
• You will have no additional charge for ironing.
• We will immediately replace the cleaner in case of leave, sickness etc.
• You will have no minimum contract duration.
• You pay only when using the service(after the cleaning).

VETTING

Skycleaners examines its staff very carefully. It takes a lot of courage to allow a stranger to enter your home. Hence the reason why we take all these measures is to ensure the peace and safety of you and your home.

We require the following:

• Identification.
• Work permits in the UK. All cleaners have the right to work in the UK. We regularly review personnel records to ensure that they are still entitled to work in Britain.
• We make inquiries whether references of the applicant are true and whether what is written is true.
• Proof of address.
• Phone contact next of kin.

Skycleaners has insurance up to £ 5, 000, 000 and liability insurance up to £ 2, 000, 000.

CANCELLATION

You must notify us two weeks earlier to end the contract.

We will not charge you for your decision. You can use our services as much as you want.
