What kind of services do you offer?

Skycleaners offer professional commercial and residential cleaning services across the London area.  We also provide carpet and upholstery cleaning.

What areas of London are covered?

Skycleaners cover all areas of London.

Are you insured for your company and your cleaners?

Skycleaners is fully insured, we have an employers liability insurance up to insured, we have employers liability insurance of £ 10,000,000 and public liability insurance of insured, we have employers liability insurance of £ 2,000,000.

What is your working time?

Our regular cleaning is available 7 days a week. We are happy to arrange cleaning services at night if you need them or on weekends. Our teams are available 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
Our spring cleaning teams, after-party, one-off, and carpets and upholstery cleaning are available 7 days a week.

How to pay for services?

Cheque or cash after the work is completed.

How to pay for services such as after builders.

Skycleaners have hourly rates of cleaner per hour! This means, for example, if we want from you 15 hours to clean your house 3 cleaners for five hours every one or two cleaners at   7.5 hours each.

Should I be at home when you clean?

No, you do not need to be at home as long as you provide access to your home.

Do you carry your own cleaning materials?

Yes. Skycleaners will supply all materials necessary for cleaning including a vacuum machine and garbage bags.
If you have booked a regular domestic cleaning and ironing, then you must provide all cleaning materials and vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, and a list of tasks. (Vacuum cleaner bags if needed)

Do you move furniture to clean the carpet?

Yes, we can move the furniture on request.

What stains can you remove from the carpet?

We use professional equipment for cleaning upholstery and carpet. The goal is to eliminate:
juice, grass, gravy, grease, ice cream, vomiting, oil, wax, chocolate, blood, tea, baby oil, makeup, candle wax, red wine, pet urine, off water paint, raw eggs, food, pollen, lily, jam, ketchup, lipstick, mildew, milk, cough syrup, mustard, oils, rust, salt, shoe polish, toothpaste, fruit juice, jam, coffee, tea, nail polish, etc.

When can use the room after the carpet has been cleaned?

Drying time depends on the type of carpet. Standard carpet dries after about 3-5 hours.
During the winter months may take about 6-8 hours. You can use the room that day.

What if something is damaged when my home is cleaned?

Although we are careful when cleaning your home, there are occasional incidents. If breakage or damage occurs as a result of our cleaning we will do everything possible to repair or replace it.

What should I do if I need to change the date of the cleaning?

This is not a problem, please let us know 48 hours in advance.

What should I do if I am not happy with the cleaning?

If you are not completely satisfied with a single cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours and will send you a cleaner to re-do the job again free of charge.
