Terms and Conditions for the Cleaning Services Provided by Skycleaners.

If you need to sell your home or make it available for rent, you need the services of Skycleaners.

A good-looking and clean house will bring in a good profit.

The price depends on the size of the house, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and living rooms, the size of the windows, how many floors are in it, and the extent of contamination of the house

If Skycleaners operatives need to collect keys from a third party`s outside the postal code of the premises where work is to be carried out then a £10 charge may apply.

Our cleaners stick to the requirements for inventory checkouts, and we guarantee you nothing will be missed. Our list is up to date with the cleaning standards expected by major London letting agents.

The price of End of Tenancy cleaning services does NOT include: washing of exterior windows, carpet shampoo (steam) cleaning, blinds cleaning, washing walls and ceilings, steam cleaning of curtains, cleaning of a conservatory, and cleaning of balconies and patios.

End of Tenancy services also does not include emptying and re-ordering dishes and clothes in cupboards and wardrobes, washing and cleaning utensils.

All of the above services are available at additional cost.

We give you a guarantee for the cleaning.

If the customer is not completely satisfied with their cleaning job, a complaint must be logged within 72 hours from the cleaning day. Skycleaners will re-clean any areas and items to achieve the customer's satisfaction.

Skycleaners reserves the right to change the price if the property does not respond correctly to the originally given offer.

Cancellation Policy

At Skycleaners, we strive to provide flexible and accommodating cleaning services. Please take note of our cancellation and change policy below:

  • Free Cancellation: Clients may cancel or reschedule their cleaning appointment without any charges if they notify us more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Notification must be given either by calling our office directly or by sending a written notice to office@skycleaners.co.uk.
  • Late Cancellation Fee: If a cancellation or change is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of £50 will be charged. This fee compensates for the last-minute adjustments and potential loss of booking opportunity.
  • Excessive Disorder and Disrepair Policy: In the event that a property is found to be excessively disorderly, in a state of disrepair, or extremely dirty upon arrival, and this condition was not specified in the initial quote request, Skycleaners reserve the right to adjust the initial quote provided. Should the client not agree to the revised quote, the cleaning job will be cancelled. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining clear and reasonable expectations.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate changes wherever possible. However, we encourage our clients to inform us as early as possible to avoid any fees and to help us manage our scheduling effectively.

REGULAR DOMESTIC CLEANING

Skycleaners offers cleaning services for homes. The price is alt12 per hour per cleaner.

The minimum time per visit for domestic cleaning is 3 hours.

If the customer agrees, it is possible for them to provide the required materials and/or equipment for Domestic Cleanings. However, if the customer does not have the cleaning materials this is not problem.

Skycleaners will supply all detergents and materials but the customer has to understand that this will be added to the previously agreed price.

The customer should know that the official price is only for the work of the cleaner(s). This excludes the price for materials.

Skycleaners will try to clean the house quickly and efficiently so that the client is completely satisfied with our services.
The client can use our services as long as the client needs to.

Skycleaners will not give fines to the clients if he/she decide to cancel their contract. But just please notify us two weeks in advance.

AFTER PARTY

After a long night of having fun, the last thing you want to do the next morning is cleaning your home. Well, don't worry skycleaners can perform high quality After Party services at the best price you can get in London!
Skycleaners can offer you a professional cleaner or a team of cleaners, which can be available for you at a time of your convenience. We know how important it is to clean your home as quickly as possible.

Skycleaners will not charge you extra on weekends.

Skycleaners is committed to expel all available junk food, bottles and cans; to wash all the cups, plates and the used utensils; to clean all bins; to vacuum everywhere to remove dust and, if necessary, to wash the floor.

The minimum time for visit per cleaner is 3 hours.

CARPET CLEANING

Skycleaners offer carpet shampoo (steam) cleaning and upholstery cleaning.

We use the industry's most advanced carpet cleaning systems, equipment and solutions.

Skycleaners treats your carpets with the best quality machines and materials. These units provide unrivalled water cleaning  power and deep-down suction to remove dust and dirt and revive your carpet's appearance.

The minimum charge per visit is £48.

PAYMENT

Cash or cheque after the job has been completed.
